An anti-illegal-immigration movement founded in Soweto in 2021 that registered as a political party in 2025 to contest the 2026 municipal elections. Its platform is built almost entirely around removing undocumented migrants and prioritising South Africans in jobs, services and schooling; critics describe it as xenophobic, which it denies.
A new party targeting selected metros - Johannesburg, Ekurhuleni and Tshwane. It has no prior council seats (its 2024 provincial run drew about 0.07% in Gauteng) but claims a large township grassroots network. ActionSA has reportedly been in coalition talks with it.

Top municipal jobs, like the city manager and the head of finance, should be filled by an independent panel. Political parties should have no say in who gets them.
